Museum of the Troubles and Peace

We believe that a People’s Museum of the Troubles and the Peace Process would be a valuable addition to Northern Ireland, and we are exploring ways to make it a reality.

Our Mission Statement

Our vision is to establish a People’s Museum of the Troubles and the Peace Process that explores the conflict in all its complexity, celebrates the resilience of ordinary people during the conflict, and pays tribute to the courage and creativity of those who achieved peace

The MoTaP Walkthrough

The proposed design was created by award-winning museum designer Mark Leslie, of Martello Media. The design is detailed in the film found below.
