Using this site

What we aim for

We want everyone to be able to read our pages and take part in the project. Pages are built to work on phones, tablets and computers, can be navigated by keyboard, and can be enlarged in your browser without losing content. Photographs carry text descriptions where we have verified information for them.

Things we know about

Some photographs in the Troubles Gallery are shown with neutral labels rather than full descriptions, because we have not yet verified who and what they show. Films embedded from Vimeo are played through Vimeo's own player, so its controls and caption settings apply.

Ask us for another format

If anything on this site is hard to use, or you would like information in large print, plain text or another format, email museumofthetroubles@gmail.com. Tell us the page and what would help, and we will do what we can. If you have access needs for a workshop or event, let us know when you get in touch so we can plan for them.
